How is the Lab different from one-on-one coaching?
One-on-one is just you and a coach, paced to your crisis. The Lab adds a cohort of spouses in the same situation, an eight-week structure, and the full app. Many people start with one-on-one and move into the Lab when they want the structure and the community.
Do I need my spouse to join?
No. The Lab is built for the spouse who is doing the work, with or without their partner. Most people in the Lab started alone.
What if I miss a week?
Every live session is recorded, so you can catch up on your own time. The daily check-ins and the community are there the whole eight weeks.
What does it cost?
The Coaching Lab is $797 for the full eight-week program. You can pay in full or split it with Klarna or Affirm.
