Marriage Helper exists to help people in one of the hardest seasons of their lives. That help should be available to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, magnification, or other assistive technology. We are committed to keeping this website usable for all of them.
The Standard We Build To
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA. In practice, that means we work to keep every page operable from a keyboard alone, give every meaningful image a description, keep text readable against its background, label every form field, caption or transcribe media where it is offered, and respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
How We Test
New and changed pages go through automated accessibility scans, a keyboard-only pass, and screen reader checks. We also audit the full site on a recurring basis and keep dated records of what we test and fix. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we treat it that way: when we find an issue, we fix it.
Third-Party Tools
Some parts of this site rely on tools from other companies, such as contact forms, podcast players, and video players. We review these tools as part of our audits and follow up with the vendors when something falls short of the standard we hold ourselves to.
Tell Us If Something Is Hard to Use
If any page on this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know. Email support@marriagehelper.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and tell us which page you were on and what got in the way. You can also call us at (866) 903-0990. A real person monitors these channels, and we aim to respond within two business days.
