In-Person Workshop Break Out Leader

US – Nashville, TN

The Position:

Dr. Beam often states he believes that half of the good that comes from the Marriage Helper Workshop comes in the breakout rooms.

MH International is hiring breakout leaders for its three-day Marriage Helper Workshop in Nashville, TN. Breakout leaders engage with participants individually and facilitate the breakout groups throughout the weekend.

They are servant-hearted, anticipatory in what tasks need to be done, and willing to work as a team to deliver the utmost client service to workshop
participants.

The breakout leader shows compassion, exhibits strong interpersonal skills, actively listens, and follows direction and procedures. They not only
understand the Marriage Helper system but are fiercely committed to it.

Must be able to work at least one workshop per quarter and attend Friday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Coaching Team

Coaching Administrative Assistant

US – Nashville, TN + Remote

Role Overview
The role of the Coaching Administrative Assistant is to organize and cross reference resource material and to develop a tracking system of Continuing Education Hours, as well as refine the note taking system for client notes. The Coaching Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Director of Coaching in order to ensure efficiency in organizing the coaches training platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating a system to track continuing education hours
  • Uploading and cross referencing training resources
  • Creating a new platform for client notes
  • Tracking if coaches are meeting all coaching requirements
  • Taking minutes in the coaches meeting and uploading minutes to Google Classroom
  • Creating schedules for Support Calls
  • Tracking if clients are using multiple coaches and reporting that to Director of Coaching
  • Assisting the Operations department with logistics of Group Coaching
  • Assisting Director of Coaching with scheduling coaches training needs
  • Assisting Director of Coaching in planning annual Coaching event
Requirements:

Client Representatives

Sales Development Representative-SDR

US – Nashville, TN + Remote

The Position:

The SDR acts as a Lead generator for Marriage Helper as part of the Client Representative Team. Focusing on outbound activities, the SDR will contact Leads and nurture them until they are ready to be handed off to the Client Reps. This position requires excellent phone and email skills, familiarity with various sales tools, and the use of HubSpot to carry out daily functions. This is a proactive position calling on individuals who have expressed some level of concern in the past or present about their marriage, but who have held back from engaging in dialogue with a Client Rep. The SDR executes a key function for the growth of Marriage Helper and the saving of marriages.

The Candidate :

This proactive and highly organized individual will practice integrity at the highest level, with strict adherence to moral and ethical principles while building trust over the phone and via email. This caring individual will possess a genuine concern for marriages, and work to support the Sales team and the entire organization. Hope for better marriages will drive this individual, and he or she will strive to handle information and communication with clients and team members alike in a professional and confidential manner. This focused communicator will be relentless in his or her approach to serving, never too pushy and never too weak, using curiosity to gauge the interest and commitment level of a Lead.

Client Representative

US – Nashville, TN + Remote

The Position:

The Client Representative (CR) intentionally interrupts the path of troubled marriages by pointing the potential client to the best options for help. The CR calls and emails incoming leads queued up by Marketing, and walks them to a next step commitment for the most appropriate help needed to save every affected marriage. The CR does not coach and advise and solve the marriage issues, but rather, invites the lead to open up and consider signing up for help by:

  1. asking really good questions
  2. listening intently to the specifics at hand
  3. recommending the best next step
  4. securing a commitment

CR’s must be highly skilled, servant-hearted salespeople who are very adept at using the phone and email to guide individuals in a troubled marriage to the exact help that will turn that troubled marriage around. This position requires familiarity with various sales tools and the use of HubSpot to carry out daily functions.

Email Marketer

US – Nashville, TN + Remote

Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a specialist in email marketing, from developing email templates, administering regular newsletters and evergreen marketing tactics, to email A/B testing and analytics. This person needs an understanding of email design best practice, automation, analytics.Responsibilities will include:
  • Spending time analyzing our current email strategy – look at what is working and what isn’t.
  • Develop comprehensive email campaigns to support Marriage Helper
  • Build and maintain email templates within the current email service provider – Hubspot.
  • Administrate recurring newsletters and evergreen marketing tactics
  • Consult with stakeholders to develop email strategy.
  • Define email list requirements and ensure emails are delivery on time to the right audiences.
  • Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR & CCPA guidelines and help govern email list recipients.
  • Test campaigns, making sure they render properly within various mailbox providers, and get the optimized open and click through rates.
  • Track progress of campaigns and update stakeholders during meetings.
  • You will be expected to be a self-starter and not be told what to do. We will give you a general direction to go, and it is your job to create the path to get there.

Copywriter

Role Overview
Marriage Helper (MH International) is looking for a Copywriter, a creative thinker with excellent writing skills. As a member of the marketing team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including email, video, website and social media), working closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts and develop messaging. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.Responsibilities will include:
  • Understand the client’s needs and target audiences through review of existing surveys and videos
  • Writing copy for a variety of media including online, emails, social and video
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverable to internal team and revise copy based on internal feedback
  • Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
  • Drive brand consistency across all company communications
  • Interpret video content and translate into articles and ebooks
  • Evaluate our current marketing email and create alternative copy and subject lines, and test using our email provider Hubspot
  • Interpret course outlines to create scripts for videos

Requirements:

Director Product ManagementMarriage Helper (MH International) is looking for a Director of Product who can help Marriage Helper efficiently develop a high output of products, both internally and externally. This person should be experienced in business strategy, UX, and tech process of product development and delivery.
Role Overview
The role of the Director of Product is a crucial role at Marriage Helper. This person will head all product development at Marriage Helper, from conducting market research to putting together the content flow of product, UX, deliverability and consumption/retention rate of product. Products will consist of outward customer-facing products as well as internal training and onboarding products. This person needs an understanding of research, market, product dev (including working with engineers and designers and developers), and deliverability. This role will work closely with the Director of Tech and Director of Marketing to ship products. A history of managing projects and multiple teams is required.
Responsibilities will include:
  • The main responsibility of this position is to create a product strategy and roadmap, formulate a team to achieve the plan, and lead and manage the product team for growth.
  • Spending time to create a deep understanding of Marriage Helper’s current products, services and tech stack
  • Strategizing how to take what MH already does well and enhance it through enhancing product development and delivery
  • Create new products based on need
  • This role is not responsible for coming up with the content that goes in each course specifically, but must manage the research and development team that creates content
  • Enhancing current products for increased UX, consumption, and retention
  • Form a product team of developers, engineers, and designers
  • Should be vision-focused and growth-minded – we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated by massive growth and will be compensated appropriately…while making a massive difference in the world
