Who we’re looking for.
Here’s the thing. Three days in a room together is a big step, and it works best when you’re both willing to take it. You don’t have to be getting along. You just both have to show up.
This is for you if
- You both want to save your marriage, even if one of you is less sure than the other.
- There’s been an affair, or the word divorce has been said out loud.
- You can both come for three days, in person or online.
- You can give it two to three hours a week after that.
And honestly, some of the couples who get the most out of it aren’t in a crisis at all. They tell us the same thing every time: I wish we’d known this five years ago.

The questions people ask first.
Is the workshop in person or online?
Both. We hold it in person at our headquarters in Spring Hill, Tennessee, just south of Nashville, and we also run it live online. On the call we will help you figure out which one fits.
How is this different from counseling?
Counseling is an hour a week talking about your marriage. The workshop is three days of actually working on it, and then your coach keeps it going. It is not therapy.
We are dealing with an affair. Will this help?
Yes. Infidelity is one of the most common reasons couples come to us. You will understand why affairs happen, how trust is rebuilt slowly and safely, and what to do in the weeks after, without being judged for any of it.
Do we both fill out the application?
No. One of you applies, and the application asks whether your spouse is ready to come with you.
Is it a religious program?
Marriage Helper was founded on faith, and it shapes how we care for people. But it is built for any marriage, we will never preach at you, and you are never asked to share our beliefs to be helped.
What if the investment is not possible for us right now?
Tell us on the application. If it is not possible right now, we will send you to the Save My Marriage Course, the same teaching on your own time, and you can apply again when things change.
